We called one week and we got an appointment the next week. They were very busy. We dropped off the car on a Thursday night and our appointment wasn’t till 10 on Friday and by 7:30 in the morning they were calling us and telling us what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix it and we picked it up I can’t remember probably about two or 3 PM that day best service ever and also the best service people ever. I bought a new Z06 from you. Had it for a week and got a nail in my tire, took 3 days to get the new tire. it came in on aFriday so it didn't get put on till Monday afternoon. They had it for 6 days and when I pick it up, it was covered in dirt and bird crap. For the money I spent on the car and service plan, I would think I could get it washed before they gave it back to me.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Deondre was our salesman, and he was everything you’d hope for when buying a vehicle; knowledgeable, low-pressure, friendly, and very personable. He made the entire process feel comfortable and straightforward.

Great experience with Bob Pulte. Family on a road trip and had some major car trouble. We chose a Chevrolet dealership for service. Glad we did. Blake and his team really came through. They connected us with a car rental service so we were able to continue our trip uninterrupted. We left our car with them and a few days later we picked it up and are on our way again! Worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. Bought a car from them that was a good deal and within a few days noticed issues. Called them to address with no acceptable solution. Very shady dealership. Finance person (Karen) was the worst! Should’ve stopped the deal right then, but gave them the benefit of doubt. I will never go back to this dealership, no matter the deal they offer. I’ll trust my gut next time.

I think James Hall did a great job answering all of my questions that I had about the SUV that I purchased. He took his time and did not pressure me on anything. I would recommend him to any one who was looking to buy a new Chevrolet.
Blake checked it well and did what he could. Unfortunately, I still having an issue to resolve. I keep getting codes but have to reset them to get it to the shop. So, they aren't showing when I make the appointment. Blake is great to deal with and communicates what he finds.
They did a great job tho diagnose and repair my 2017 chevy truck with same day service ! Much appreciated !

Got the part ordered and worked with me on getting the truck in for repairs.
They called after I dropped my car to tell me I needed 2 new filters because they were dirty. This car only has 25000 miles on it. I did it but not happy. Never have I needed filters at that mileage.
Took my previous truck in for repairs and found out it needed significant repairs on transmission. Inquired about a trade for a new truck and struck a fair deal

It is all ways good. Just your pricing is a little high. Your service is good. Your people are good. I have always got in and out in a reasonable time. It's just I fine your cost to be a little high. But I understand you have a large overhead. So for now I will deal with it.

Generally positive for this and all past visits. Communication and work have always been good and no attempts at ripping us off or sneaking in unnecessary charges like we've experienced at other dealers.
My apt for an oil change was at 8:30. My trail boss wasn't taken back until 9:10 and I left at 9:35. Way too long. Shouldn't be behind schedule at 8:30.

I had a problem with my car after receiving service. I talked to the service manager about it and he could not have been nicer about it. I took it back in and they not only repaired that problem, but fixed a couple of others that they found. Bob Pulte Chevrolet service has always been fair and give me great service. Bob Pulte was able to get me out of 2 vehicles and gave me a good deal on a new truck. It dropped my monthly payments down and I no longer have to worry about maintenance on 2 vehicles. The new truck is amazing and I will be back for future business.

I had an appointment at 10:45, which was confirmed by email and a text message. When I arrived for my appointment, the rep told me he had my appointment at 11 but it was ok that I was early, he could squeeze me in. I told him my appointment was at 1045 and I could show him my text. He kept telling me I was wrong, wouldn’t look at the text and asked me what the big deal was about 15 minutes. We made an appointment with the service department. Called the following day to confirm the appointment prior to showing up because they said they were having computer issues the day before. They said there was no appointment, so, we made another appointment for later in the week. We show up to the appointment at the scheduled date and time and are told there was no appointment in the system for our service. We insisted that there was. The representative insinuated that we were lying about setting up the appointment. The service department serviced the car any way.
