We live in Maryville, MO and purchased our 2022 Silverado Trailboss in MO. As we traveled to Cincinnati for two big events, all the warning lights on the dash came on. A Chevy dealer along the drive was able to take a quick look and thought it was a wiring issue and reset the system. After arriving in Cincinnati all the warning lights appeared again. This was just before the Memorial Day weekend. We called dealerships all around the Tristate area and Bob Pulte could get us in the quickest, the Tuesday after Memorial Day. They were able to diagnose the problem in a timely way, but the part needed, an Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve, was not in stock anywhere and there was no ETA. GM Customer care (for parts delays) was engaged to help. The part arrived one month later. Bob Pulte installed it on the same day they received it! The communication with Scott Gillam has been outstanding. This has been a frustrating process for us since our trip was interrupted and we had a lot of extra expenses and had to leave the truck in Cincinnati to return home. Scott and team have been professional and helpful throughout the process. We did not purchase our vehicle there, yet they treat us as if we were one of their best customers! We greatly appreciate Scott and the team at Bob Pulte for coming to our rescue and solving our issue. Thank you!

I have had my car in for radio 6 times. Forth time dealership kept car for 4 days over weekend. Wasn't fixed. Last two times they said phone was out of synch?? Sent me to Spectrum-they were no help because of liability!! In the end my 19 year old grand daughter fixed it in one minute. WOW I DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMENT.
